All personal training programmes are tailored to the individual to ensure you reach your goals in the most efficient way possible. We also offer nutritional advice on an individual basis.
Community Group Training
We offer group training for people with a range of disabilities as well as other group training sessions which cater for everyone.
Our online training classes are a fun way to keep on top of your fitness from the comfort of your own home. Our sessions are between 45 minutes and an hour.
